How Do I Place An Order?
Simply fill out our survey with whatever makes you different from all the rest or whatever you know about the person you're preparing it for. From there you tell us what size package you would like sent to you and fill out where we send it to and we take care of the rest.
When Will I Expect My Package?
We will be shipping out all of our packages between the 1st-5th of every month. If you order a package on the 15th it may take a bit of time till you see it but it keeps the flow well. If we shipped all our packages on different days it'd be a bit much to keep up with. From there give 1-2 weeks for packages to be delivered. However, lets say you have a gift that needs to be sent soon enough before your cousins birthday party, no biggie! E-Mail Pedalhead.help@gmail.com and we can make an exception.
Refunding & Returns?
